Favorite Nostalgia- Our favorite movie or show that pulled on the heart strings by bringing back a beloved franchise or by referencing things that we love from years past. The contenders include: Blade Runner 2049, Twin Peaks: The Return, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Stranger Things 2, IT

Biggest surprise- The movie or show that surprised us the most either by exceeding expectations or pulling off something that we weren't suspecting. The contenders inlcude: Get Out, Kong: Skull Island, Split, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Atomic Blonde, The Punisher, Gerald's Game/1922

Biggest Disappointment- The movie that disappointed us the most by falling short of expectations that were established by either the pedigree of the filmmakers involved or critical buzz. The contenders include: Alien: Covenant, Rings, Death Note, A Cure for Wellness, The Mummy, The Devils Candy, The Void, Prevenge, The Babysitter, Little Evil

Favorite Netflix movie- Our favorite movie that was released on Netflix without a significant theatrical release. The contenders include: Gerald’s Game, 1922, Death Note, Creep 2, Okja, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore
